Introductory Profile: About Kwee Lan T.

The name of my interviewee is Kwee Lan T., and she is my mother. My mother was born in Singapore in the 1970s and came to the United States as a college student in the 1990s. She currently works at the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce as vice president of talent development. She often travels to other cities for business but still finds time to help me with my homework. She can be strict but provides helpful suggestions.

I interviewed my mother on communism and facts about it, communist leader Mao Zedong, and life in China and the history there. For this interview, she is very chill but factual -- what she tells me which is very productive on my podcast. Although she didnít remember much, she did get some memories back when she started to answer some questions. Overall, the interview was pretty interesting in my opinion and I learned many new facts about communism in China.
