Karen Morgan, an influencial local gluten free baker, and my Aunt is who I interviewed. Karen decided to make a gluten free bakery, to help gluten free people enjoy better pastries. She has written 2 cookbooks so far. Karen loves her work at the bakery and getting to interact with new people. I interviewed her about her bakery, cookbooks, and her experiences with helping create new delicious gluten free treats.
